Coastal Modern

The base color for the walls is Sherwin Williams Agreeable Gray, which was painted when the house was built in early 2022. I selected several accent colors to run through our the home. they are all by Sherwin Williams: Georgian Bay, Bluebird Feather, Vast Sky, African Gray, Distance, Scandia, Watery and Spa

We selected a modern geometric glass tile for the backsplash. This same tile was carried through to the butler’s pantry.

A custom build in with lower cabinetry was added into the dining room nook. I matched the kitchen cabinetry and added natural stained open shelving above.

We turned the front formal living room into a family game room. All of the furniture was purchased for that room, as well as the theater seating upstairs. We selected a large statement chandelier for the 2-story entry and pendant lights for the kitchen island. Lots of decor was styled in the new built-in, on an entry table and centerpieces for the kitchen island and the dining room table. We also added wallpaper and a pocket door for entry into the primary bedroom.
